As your Realtor, I will likely get a portion of the commission the seller of the home pays to his Realtor. 

A Realtor will typically have an intial meeting with you to determine what your desires are and help you get Pre-approved.  (If you haven't already done so).  Then the Fun begins.  The Realtor will find property matches of your desires.
